摘要
目前,美元一币独大的国际货币体系风险很高,必须进行多元化改革。一个国家货币国际化的历史进程一般都要经过结算货币、投资货币和储备货币"三步走"的路程,所以,人民币也应该通过货币职能演进这样"三步走"来逐步实现国际化的目标。结合"一带一路"的具体情况,人民币国际化可以采取"一石激起六层浪"的"涟漪战略",即以中国为圆心,通过大中华圈、邻国圈、亚洲圈、亚太圈,这样一圈又一圈地向外圈荡漾,最后才波及全球。特别重要的是,"一带一路"建设可能会大大缩短人民币成为国际货币所需要的时间,也就是说,通过"一带一路"带路能为人民币国际化带出一条近路。
At present,the international monetary system where American dollar is dominant is highly risky and must be diversely reformed.The historical process of a country's currency inter- nationalization usually goes through three steps:settlement currency,investment currency and reserve currency.Therefore,the RMB should also gradually realize the goal of internationalization through the three steps in the evolution of monetary function.In combination with the specific situation of "One Belt and One Road",RMB internationalization can adopt the "ripple strategy"of "one stone provokes six waves",that is,China,as the center of the circle,through the greater China circle,the neighboring circle,the Asian circle,and the Asia-Pacific circle, circle after circle ripples to the outer circle,and finally spreads to the world.What is particularly important is that the "One Belt and One Road"construction may greatly shorten the time needed for the RMB to become an international currency,in other words,the "One Belt and One Road" can lead to a shortcut to RMB internationalization.
