摘要
目的探讨梅花灸联合穴位敷贴对于脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者的症状控制及生活质量改善情况。方法选取2016年8月—2017年12月在广西壮族自治区防城港市中医医院就诊的功能性消化不良患者137例,采用随机数字表法分为穴位敷贴组47例、联合治疗组45例、对照组45例。对照组患者接受常规护理,穴位敷贴组和联合治疗组则在对照组的基础上分别予以12周的穴位敷贴、梅花灸联合穴位敷贴干预。采用尼平消化不良量表与功能性消化不良生活质量量表分别评价症状控制效果及患者生活质量,同时比较治疗不良反应的发生情况。结果联合治疗组干预后尼平消化不良生活质量指数各维度得分高于干预前(P <0. 05),且高于穴位敷贴组与对照组(P <0. 05);联合治疗组干预后尼平消化不良症状指数低于干预前(P <0. 05),且低于穴位敷贴组与对照组(P <0. 05);联合治疗组干预后功能性消化不良生活质量量表得分高于穴位敷贴组与对照组(P <0. 05);不同组别治疗不良反应发生率不存在统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论 12周的梅花灸联合穴位敷贴可有效改善脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,进而提升患者的生活质量,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching on symptom control and quality of life in functional dyspepsia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency. Methods From August 2016 to December 2017,a total of 137 cases of functional dyspepsia treated in Fangchenggang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected. They were divided into acupoint herbal patching group( 47 cases),moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching group( 45 cases) and control group( 45 cases) using random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing care. The acupoint herbal patching group and moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching group received additional 12-week acupoint herbal patching,moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching,respectively. The nepean dyspepsia index( NDI) and functional dyspepsia-related quality of life( FD-QOL) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects on symptom control and patients’ quality of life.The adverse reactions were observed. Results The score of quality of life in NDI in moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching group was significantly higher than that before intervention( P < 0. 05),and the other two groups( P < 0. 05). The score of symptoms in NDI was significantly lower than that before intervention( P < 0. 05),and the other two groups( P < 0. 05). The average score of FD-QOL in moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching group was 80. 34 ± 0. 66,which was significantly higher than that in the other two groups( P < 0. 05). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was not different among three groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion 12-week moxibustion combined with acupoint herbal patching can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life,which could be applied in functional dyspepsia patients.
