摘要
微生物发酵生产的广谱抗菌的多肽ε-聚L-赖氨酸(ε-PL),易被生物分解,对人体无害,具有广阔的应用前景,目前已作为保鲜防腐剂在食品加工中使用。本研究立足ε-PL菌株的诱变选育,以白色链霉菌H为出发菌株,利用钴60和ARTP对菌株进行复合诱变,最终选育出ε-PL高产菌株H1-2,突变菌株在10L发酵罐规模,ε-聚L-赖氨酸产量达到24.5g/L,比出发菌株产量提高了88.5%。
Epsilon-polylysinehas broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.It is produced by microbial fermentation and easily biodegradable,harmless to human body.It shows broad application prospects.It has been used as food preservative in food processing.This topic mainly study the strain mutation breeding,using Streptomyces albus-H as stating strain,mutant strain with combined Co-60 and ARTP for screening high ε-PL producing strain.Finally,the ε-PL high-producing strain H1-2 was selected,and the mutant strain was in a 10L fermenter scale,the yield of ε-PL reached 24.5 g/L,which was increased 88.5% of starting strain.
