摘要
导尿管相关尿路感染的主要影响因素是留置导尿管的时间,但对于长期留置导尿患者更换导尿管的时机存在很大争议,为此上海国际医院感染控制论坛(SIFIC)组织探讨分析了"长期留置导尿管是否需要定期更换"。本文通过探讨分析正反两种观点并查阅相关文献,得出长期留置导尿管的更换时机应依据有无感染、脱管及堵塞指征、尿管的材质、患者尿液的pH值等影响因素具体实施。
The main risk factor of catheter-associated urinary tract infection is the time of indwelling urethral catheter,and there is a great controversy over the timing of catheter replacement for patients with long-term indwelling catheter.For this reason,the Shanghai International Forum on Nosocomial infection Control(SIFICI)organized a debate on " whether long-term indwelling catheter should be replaced regularly".This paper analyzed the views of both sides of the debate and consulted the relevant documents.It is concluded that the replacement time of longterm indwelling catheter should be based on infection,extubation and clogging indication,material of urethral catheter,pH value of patient’s urine,and so on.
