摘要
采用基于ALE算法的Hyper Xtrude挤压模拟分析软件,对大壁厚差空心铝型材的挤压过程进行了模拟分析,并将模拟结果与实际试模挤压情况进行对比。结果表明:型材挤压料头齐整,各点流速相差不大,与模拟运算的结果一致。实际型材出料温度为490℃~510℃,挤压突破压力77 MN,稳定挤压力为71 MN,与运算结果较接近,实验结果验证了仿真模拟的有效性,达到了预期目的。
The extrusion simulation software HyperXtrude based on the ALE algorithm was used to simulate the extrusion process of hollow aluminum profiles with large wall thickness difference. Then the comparison was carried out on the simulation result and the actual extrusion result. It is indicated that the extrusion head of the profile is neat and there isn't much difference among flow velocities of each point,which are consistent with the simulation results. The actual profile discharge temperature is 490℃ - 510℃,the extrusion breakthrough pressure is 77 MN,and the stable extrusion force is 71 MN,which are close to the calculation result. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the simulation and achieve the expected purpose.
