磁性石墨烯固相萃取-UPLC/MS法分析蓝莓饮料成分 被引量:1

Rapid Identification of Active Components in Blueberry Beverage by Magnetic Graphene Solid Phase Extraction-UPLC/MS

摘要 为建立石墨烯磁性固相萃取与超高效液相色谱/飞行时间质谱联用的方法、筛查市售蓝莓饮料中的功效活性成分,采用热解法合成磁性石墨烯复合材料,将其作为磁性固相萃取材料,对蓝莓饮料样品中的花青素和黄酮类化合物进行分离和纯化,使用超高效液相色谱/飞行时间质谱,分别在全扫描和碎片扫描两种模式下分析。结果表明,石墨烯磁性固相萃取非常方便快捷地实现了蓝莓饮料中活性成分的分离富集。从蓝莓饮料中共鉴定出19个花青素类化合物、7个黄酮类化合物;同时,试验还对蓝莓饮料中的花青素苷和黄酮苷的质谱裂解规律进行了探讨。该方法具有简单快捷、准确实用的优点,可用于饮料中花青素和黄酮类化合物的分离纯化和检测。 To establish a solid-phase extraction method of combining graphene magnetic with ultra-performance liquid chromatography/time of flight mass spectrometry and to screen active ingredients in commercially available blueberry beverages, the GO/Fe3O4 composites were synthesized through pyrolysis method. The anthocyanins and flavonoids were separated from blueberry drink samples using GO/Fe3O4 composites as a magnetic solid-phase extraction process. The extract after SPE was analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography/time of flight mass spectra in both TOF/MS full scan and Q-TOF/MS scan mode. The results showed that 19 anthocyanins and 7 flavonoids were identified from blueberry beverage. At the same time, the mass spectrometry cleavage patterns of anthocyanin and flavonoid glycosides were summarized. The proposed method with accurate and practice could be used for the isolation, purification, and detection of anthocyanin and flavonoids in blueberry beverage.
