摘要
基于123个既有公共建筑节能改造工程,总结梳理了既有公共建筑节能改造技术体系,统计了各类改造技术所取得的节能效果,分析了节能改造工程中影响节能效果、改造质量的关键因素,并提出了相关工程建议。所提出的技术体系以照明插座系统与空调系统改造为核心,动力系统、供配电系统、特殊用能系统改造为辅助,可实现约21%的总节能率。基于实际工程经验,重点讨论了照明改造中光源质量与二次照明设计存在的问题,探讨了目前集中空调水系统变流量改造的实施现状与限制,并总结了各项节能改造技术的适用性与节能效果。
Based on 123 energy efficiency retrofitting projects,summarizes the energy efficiency retrofitting technical system of existing public buildings and the energy efficiency effect of in energy efficiency retrofitting technology,analyses the factors influencing energy efficiency effect and retrofitting quality,and proposes corresponding engineering suggestions.The proposed technical system with the lighting and air conditioning systems retrofitting as core,dynamical system,power supply system and special energy using system retrofitting as assistance,can achieve 21% of overall energy efficiency rate. Based on the real projects,discusses lamp quality and secondary design of illumination,current situation and limitation of variable-flow retrofitting on central air conditioning system,and summarizes applicability and effect of each energy efficiency technology.
