摘要
通过加入特定的导电掺料,可以使树脂混凝土具有良好的压敏特性。综合其优良的机械性能,可以将预制件置于建筑构件的关键部位作为监测元件。以掺入石墨粉和钢珠的树脂混凝土为材料制备立方体试件,测试其在重复荷载下的电阻变化和应变的对应关系。试验结果表明:试件具有良好的压敏特性;随着加载次数的增加,试件的灵敏度略有降低,整体重复性表现良好。
After adding some specific conductive materials,the resin concrete will .nave good compression-sensibility.Because of its good mechanical properties,we can place the prefabricated block,in the key part of the building component as a monitoring device.In this paper,we used the resin concrete with graphite powder and steel beads to prepare a cube specimen.Then we stud- ied the corresponding relationship between the resistance change and the strain change under the repeated load.The test results show that the specimen has good compression-sensibility.As the loading frequency increased,the sensitivity of the specimen de- creased slightly and the overall reproducibility is excellent.
