摘要
为了研究高岭土改性沥青混合料的基本路用性能,采用马歇尔试验确定不同掺量下高岭土改性沥青的最佳油石比,再通过室内沥青混合料车辙试验、劈裂冻融试验和浸水马歇尔试验分别测试基质沥青及改性沥青的高温稳定性、水稳定性等路用性能。实验结果表明,随高岭土掺量的增加,高岭土对于沥青路用性能的改善程度具有先提高后降低的趋势;当高岭土掺量为5%~7%时,高岭土改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能和水稳定性能达到最佳。
In order to study the basicroad performance of kaolin modified asphalt mixture,we determined the optimum bitu-men dosage of modified asphalt with different amount of kaolin by Marshall test,and carried out the wheel tracking test,splitting freeze-thaw test and soaking Marshall test,setting-out the high temperature stability and water stability and other road performance of matrix asphalt and modified asphalt respectively.The results showed that the improvement degree of kaolin to the performance of asphalt pavement increases first and then decreases with the increase of kaolin dosage,the high temperature stability and water stability of the kaolin modified asphalt mixture reached the best when the kaolin content was 5%-7%.
