摘要
基于隔热涂料阻隔、反射、辐射的隔热机理研究了关键隔热物理性能的影响因素,以及如何提高隔热性能的研究进展,同时介绍了基于相变材料的新型隔热涂层。对隔热涂层的设计、配方选取、制备等系列研究成果进行了综合论述,同时对新型功能性隔热涂料如智能隔热涂层、自清洁隔热涂层等进行了论述并分析了其发展趋势。
Based on the insulation mechanism of barrier,reflection and radiation,the paper discusses the influencing factors of critical thermal parameters and how to improve performance of the thermal insulation.Meanwhile,the new type of thermal insulation coating based on phase change material is discussed.The design,formula selection,preparation and other research results of thermal insulation coatings are comprehensively discussed.At the same time,the new type of functional thermal insulation coatings such as smart thermal insulation coating,self-cleaning thermal insulation coating are discussed,and their development trend is analyzed.
