摘要 装配式建筑作为现阶段专用的建筑技术,被广泛应用到民用建筑以及工业建筑上。但目前对装配式建筑的环境效益分析不够全面。结合江西省某住宅项目实例,建立环境效益分析模型,从碳排放量以及"四节"方面对此进行量化分析,结果表明,在全寿命周期里,装配式建筑的环境效益比传统建筑节约91.16元/m^2。 As a dedicated Architecture Technology at the present stage,assembly buldings are widely used in civil buildings and industrial buildings.However,the current analysis of the environmental benefits of assembly buildings is not comprehensive. Taking a case of residential project empirical analysis of Jiangxi Province,an environmental benefit analysis model was established to quantify it from the aspects of carbon emissions and "four savings".It is concluded that the enviromnental benefits of Assembly Buildings over the entire life cycle are 91.16RMB less than the traditional buildings.
