基于RFID技术的电力物资仓储管理系统设计 被引量:18

摘要 在电力物资行业,仓储管理在物流行业以及整个经济活动中起着十分重要的作用,同时也是物流中最重要的组成部分。仓库管理的主要目的是为了可以平衡仓库空间的利用以及库存货品的处理成本,而且它还是使仓库物流成本可以降低的一种重要的途径。只有经过高效的仓储活动,商品的储存才可以在最有效地时期内发挥作用,从而可以创造出商品储存的"时间价值"和"空间价值"[1]。文章针对于电力物资的种类繁多和数量强大等特点,以及仓储管理操作复杂、效率低、物资查询困难、信息传输缓慢、容易出错等问题,提出了一种当前使用越来越广泛的射频识别技术(RFID)的电力物资仓储管理系统。此种技术不仅很好地将仓储管理模式的优点保留,同时还融合了人们日常生活中应用的物联网技术,通过利用射频识别(RFID)技术,可以很好地对电力物资进行标识定位与跟踪,而与互联网的结合使电力物资仓库有效地实现智能化管理的目标,使电力企业物资公司和基层物资仓库管理的基本需求得以充分满足。 Warehouse management plays a very important role in the logistics industry and the whole economic activities in the electric power material industry,and it is also the most important part of the logistics.The main purpose of warehouse management is to balance the utilization of warehouse space and the processing cost of inventory,and it is one of the important ways to reduce warehouse logistics cost.Only through efficient storage activities can the storage of commodities play a role in the most effective period,thus creating the "time value"and "spatial value"of commodity storage.This paper aims at the characteristics of the variety and quantity of electric power materials,as well as the problems of complicated operation,low efficiency,difficulty in querying materials,slow information transmission,easy to make mistakes,etc.This paper presents a storage management system for electric power materials,which is more and more widely used in radio frequency identification (RFID) technology.This technology not only preserves the advantages of warehouse management mode,but also integrates the Internet of things technology used in peopleundefineds daily life.Through the use of RFID (RFID)technology,power materials can be well identified and located and tracked.The combination with the Internet can effectively realize the goal of intelligent management of electric power material warehouse,and make the basic needs of material company and basic material warehouse management of electric power enterprise fully meet.
