妊娠早期甲状腺功能及其自身抗体筛查的临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 妊娠相关的甲状腺疾病与甲状腺自身免疫有关。妊娠早期一旦发生甲状腺功能异常,将可能导致多种不良后果,如流产、早产等,甚至可能损害胎儿的神经系统发育。本文研究妊娠早期甲状腺功能检测指标及其自身抗体筛查的意义,现报告如下。
