摘要
机械化收获薯类是当前提高我国薯类生产发展的主要方式。在目前应用收获薯类的机具中,薯茎分离不彻底,所带来的茎秆缠绕机具、人工二次分离等一系列问题,严重影响收获机具作业效率和质量,制约收获机具的发展,而茎杆分离彻底是提高机械化收获薯类水平的关键。为此,总结现有分离机构的类型和机理特点,并且对其实际作业效果进行研究分析,依据现阶段研究情况对分离机构未来的发展进行展望,旨在为设计与优化薯类收获薯茎分离机构提供理论研究方向,提高整机收获水平。
Mechanized harvesting of potatoes is the main way to improve the development of Chinese potato production.In the current application of potato harvesting equipment,potato stem separation is not complete,resulting in a series of problems such as stalk winding machine tools and artificial secondary separation,which seriously affects the efficiency and quality of harvesting equipment and restricts the development of harvesting equipment.However,the complete separation of stem and stem is the key to improve the level of mechanized harvesting of potato.Therefore,the types and mechanism characteristics of the existing separation mechanisms are summarized,and the actual operating results are studied and analyzed.The future development of the separation mechanisms is prospected according to the current research situation,in order to provide theoretical research direction for the design and optimization of potato stem separation mechanisms for potato harvest and improve the harvest level of the whole machine.
