摘要 为探究插秧机车架在工作工程中的瞬态动力特性,避免共振,对插秧机车架进行模态和瞬态动力学分析。利用ANSYS软件进行有限元建模,对该车架进行模态分析,获取其前20阶固有频率和模态振型,同时对其进行瞬态动力学分析,获取该车架的变形分布云图。仿真结果表明:该车架的固有频率在85Hz、111Hz、135Hz和148Hz处较为集中,应尽量避免这几个频率的振动激励;该车架的前后两端和后方圆管件较容易发生振动变形;在瞬态动力冲击下,该车架沿Y轴方向变形量最大。研究方法和结论对其他机构的设计研究提供一定的参考依据。 In order to research the transient dynamic property and avoid resonance of the frame of ricetransplanter,the modal and transient dynamic characteristics of the frame were analyzed in this paper.The finite elements model was established in ANSYS software. The modal analysis of the frame was conducted,and then the first 20 orders natural frequency and modal vibration shape were gained. At the same time,the transient dynamic characteristics of the frame and the transient deformation distribution were also calculated. The simulation results showed that the natural frequency of the frame were concentrated on 85 Hz,111 Hz,135 Hz and 148 Hz,the vibration excitation of above several frequency should be avoided.The front and rear positions and rear pipe components of the frame were more likely to deform.The deformation of Y axis of the frame was maximum under the transient dynamic impact.The research methods and conclusions can provide some references for the design and research of other mechanisms.
