摘要
介绍了电动叉车液压系统的工作特点,对电动叉车的能耗进行了分析。从伺服电机-液压泵/马达驱动技术、变频液压动力传动技术、二次调节静液传动技术、负载敏感技术、蓄能器能量回收技术等方面对电动叉车行业液压节能技术的应用现状进行了论述,并提出了相关思考与展望。
The working characteristics of the hydraulic system of electric lift truck were introduced, and the energy consumption of the electric lift truck was analyzed.The application status of hydraulic energy saving technology in electric lift truck industry had been discussed from the aspects of servo motor-hydraulic pump/motor drive technology,variable frequency hydraulic power transmission technology,secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission technology,load sensitive technology,energy recovery technology of accumulator while putting forward relevant thoughts and prospects.
