摘要
以自固化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(B-286c)、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)和2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉-1-丙酮(907)为原料制备了一系列自由基型紫外光固化材料,研究了齐聚物B-286c、稀释剂TPGDA、光引发剂907对紫外光固化膜的硬度、冲击性能、柔韧性能以及拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明:在B-286c质量分数为76.5%,TPGDA质量分数为19%,907质量分数为4.5%时,所制备的紫外光固化材料的综合性能较好,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度、阻尼硬度、柔韧性分别为:5.93MPa、13.4%、50kg·cm^(-1)、19%和1mm。
A series of the photosensitive coatings were prepared with the aliphatic urethane acrylate(B-286 c),tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA)and 2-methyl-1-(4-methylthiophenyl)-2-morpholino-1-propanone(907).The influences of every composition on the properties of photosensitive films were tested and analyzed.The experiment results showed that the tensile strength of the UV-curable films was 5.93 MPa,the elongation at break of the UV-curable films was 13.4%,the impact strength of the UV-curable films was 50 kg·cm-1,the damping hardness of the UV-curable films was 19%,and the flexibility of the UVcurable films was 1 mm when it was made of the optimum formulation in which the mass fraction of B-286 cwas 76.5%,the mass fraction of TPGDA was 19%,and the mass fraction of 907 was 4.5%.
