摘要
主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)是脊椎动物体内与免疫应答相关的基因群,其多态性会直接影响动物对环境的适应能力。文中对熊科动物MHCⅠ类和MHCⅡ类基因多态性,以及对种群进化潜力和抵抗病原体能力等进行了综述,并对熊科动物MHC研究的方法和方向进行了展望。
Major histocompatibility complex (MHC)is a group of genes associated with immunologic response in vertebrates.Its polymorphism directly affects the adaptability of animal to environment. The genetic polymorphism of the MHC class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ of Ursidae,as well as their evolutionary potential and ability to resist pathogens were reviewed.Finally,the expectations of the method and direction of the MHC studies are bring forward for Ursidae.
