摘要
运用内容分析法研究了教师的"重要他人"相关文献,结果显示:该主题研究起步晚,发展慢;作者主要来源于师范院校,但尚未形成核心作者群;学术期刊对其关注较少;研究对象分布不够广泛;以质性研究为主;研究结论相对趋同。建议扩展研究范围,关注影响机制的微观与深入研究,重视应用研究,加强量化研究,形成研究团队。
By the method of content analysis,the related literature of teachers’ important others is studied.The results show as followings:the research of this field started late and developed slowly;the authors mainly came from the normal universities,but a core group of writers has not been formed;few academic journals concerned about this field;the research subjects were not widely distributed;the methodology was mainly focused on qualitative study;and the conclusions were relatively similar.Then the direction of future development is put forward accordingly.The scope of its research in this field needs to be expanded.The micro and indepth study of the impact mechanism should be focused on.The applied research should be attached importance.The quantitative research should be strengthened and a research team should be formed.
