Design of Control System of Picking-up Parts Based on PLC

摘要 结合PLC、气压传动和触摸屏的控制特点,根据工作需求,设计气压传动回路,选择合理的电磁换向阀和气缸用磁电传感器.进行PLC的I/O口分配,绘制外部硬件接线图,设计监视系统,保证动作之间严格地控制逻辑,实现了单步运行与连续运行的可视化。系统在整个运行过程中。动作迅速有序,反应灵敏,准确地实现了预定动作.提高了生产效率。 Based on discussion of character baric drive,PLC and touch-screen,according to picking-up demand for parts,pneumatic circuit drawings,the external hardware wiring diagram and monitoring system are finished,reasonable magenetic exchange valve and magnetoelectricity sensor,which is suitable for cylinder were chosen,I/O distribution is carried out,it ensures the exact control logic between single-step and continuous visualization modes.In the whole operation process,it acts quickly and orderly,responds sensitively,realizes the predetermined requirements accurately,and improves the production efficiency.
