摘要
针对黏弹夹层结构试验装置中的黏弹性材料特性及其受压作用情形,采用自选黏弹性材料制备了夹层试样、拉伸与压缩试样。采用烘箱.通过高温和氧化2个主要老化因素进行了热氧加速老化试验.获得了不同老化程度的黏弹性材料试样。采用拉伸和压缩试样.进行了黏弹性材料的拉伸和压缩力学性能测试试验,获得了不同老化程度下的拉伸模量和压缩模量性能指标.为黏弹夹层结构的老化状态性能研究提供了有效的试验基础和理论依据。
Aiming at the character and compression effect situation of the viscoelastic material in viscoelastic sandwich structure experiment device,the optional viscoelastic material is made into sandwich specimens,compressive and tensile specimens.Using oven,the hot oxygen accelerated aging experiment of viscoelastic material is implemented via the two main aging factors of high temperature and oxidation,and the viscoelastic material specimens with different aging degrees are obtained.The mechanics performance test experiment of viscoelastic material is accomplished by using tensile and compressive specimens,and the tensile modulus and compression modulus performance indexes under different aging degrees are obtained to provide effective experimental basis and theoretical foundation for the aging state performance research of viscoelastic sandwich structure.
