摘要
采用CFX滑移网格的非定常数值计算方法,计算并分析了双向立式轴流泵装置飞逸过渡过程中泵装置内、外特性的变化。结果表明:转动惯量的变化会影响泵装置进入飞逸的时间,对最终的飞逸转速的值几乎没有影响;随着转速的不断升高,由于相对入流角的变化,叶轮内部发生流动分离现象,在叶轮叶片上形成一定范围的局部低压区,载荷分布曲线上表现为载荷突变,当达到飞逸工况时,叶轮叶片工作面与背面载荷基本一致,压差很小,叶轮几乎不对外做功;叶轮出口不同位置监测点的水压脉动的主频基本相同,均为叶轮叶片通过频率,并没有出现由尾水管涡带引起的低频脉动。
Unsteady numerical method for CFX sliding mesh is used.Bidirectional vertical axial pump device runaway transient process internal and external characteristics are calculated and analyzed.Results show that: Moment of inertia will only affect the pump device to enter the runaway time,almost no impact on the final value of the runaway speed.With the increase in the speed,a local low pressure zone is formed on the runner blade.The load distribution curve shows a sudden load change.The working surface of the runner blade is basically the same as the back load,pressure difference is very small.The runner hardly works outside.The main frequency of pressure fluctuation at different positions of the outlet of the runner is basically the same,low-frequency fluctuation caused by the vortex band of the draft tube does not occur.
