松萝酸生物活性和毒性研究进展 被引量:8

Advances in Research on the Biological Activity and Toxicity of Usnic Acid

摘要 地衣作为真菌和光合生物的共生联合体在传统中医药中得到广泛的使用,被添加于收敛剂、泻药、抗痉挛药、抗哮喘药、抗炎药、抗生素中,以及用于心血管、呼吸系统和胃部疾病的治疗。松萝酸(Usnic acid,UA)作为地衣代谢物,自1844年首次分离以来,得到了广泛的研究,并且已成为为数不多的市售产品之一。有研究显示,松萝酸具有较强的生物学活性,在抗炎、促进伤口愈合、抗氧化、抗菌、抗原虫、抗病毒、杀幼虫和防紫外线等方面有一定的功效。最近,含有松萝酸的健康食品补充剂被推广用于减肥,但是,目前研究表明,肝毒性和接触性过敏,已成为松萝酸的潜在威胁。因此进一步确定松萝酸的有效性和安全性以评价松萝酸的生物活性和毒性成为了目前临床用药研究的重点。 Lichens are widely used in traditional Chinese medicine as the symbiotic association of fungi and photosynthetic organisms. Lichens are added to astringents,laxatives,antispasmodics,antiinflammatory drugs,anti-asthma drugs,antibiotics,and for the treatment of cardiovascular,respiratory and stomach diseases. Usnic acid(UA),as one of the lichen metabolites has been extensively studied since its first separation in 1844 and has become one of the few commercially available products. Studies have shown that UA has strong biological activity,with certain effects of anti-inflammation,promoting wound healing,anti-oxidation,anti-bacterial,anti-protozoal,anti-virus,anti-larvae and anti-ultraviolet radiation. Recently,healthy food supplements containing usnic acid have been applied to losing weight. However,current studies indicate that hepatotoxicity and exposure allergy have become potential threats of UA. Therefore,in order to further determine the effectiveness and safety of UA,the evaluation of the biological activity and toxicity of UA has become the focus of current clinical drug research.
