摘要
拉斗铲倒堆工艺生产强度大、生产成本低。为了在条件适宜的露天煤矿推广应用该工艺,总结了单台拉斗铲的基本作业方式,分析了拉斗铲作业、拉斗铲倒堆剥离工作线推进以及备采煤量变化的周期性。以黑岱沟露天煤矿为例,统计分析表明其拉斗铲平均作业周期时间为58s,拉斗铲工作面移动速度为29.89m/d,拉斗铲倒堆剥离工作线推进周期时间为90.13d,拉斗铲的单区作业时间为38.07d,理想条件下单区余煤量为367.57万t。
The dragline stripping technology had the advantages of high production capacity and low production cost.To promote this technology in open-pit coal mine with appropriate conditions,the basic operation modes of single dragline were summarized,the operation periodicity of dragline,advancing periodicity of dragline working line and changing periodicity of reserved coal quantity were analyzed.The study of Heidaigou open-pit mine showed that the average c operation periodicity of dragline was 58s,the advance rate of dragline in working face was 29.89m/d,the advancing periodicity of dragline working line was 90.13d,the dragline operating time in single zone was 38.07d,and the residual coal quantity in single zone under ideal conditions was 3.6757 Mt.
