Preparation of Nickel(Ⅱ) Ion Imprinted Polymer and Its Adsorption Property

摘要 以Ni^(2+)为模板,乙二胺四乙酸为配位体,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,文章制备并表征Ni^(2+)印迹聚合物(Ni-IIP),吸附实验结果表明,Ni-IIP对Ni^(2+)的吸附量在pH为9时达到最高,其主要通过静电、配位作用实现特异性吸附,该吸附行为符合准二级动力学方程,具有两步控制吸附速率特征,等温吸附过程与Langmuir吸附模型相符,表现为单分子层放热吸附反应;竞争吸附实验显示,Ni-IIP对Ni^(2+)/Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)/Co^(2+)、Ni^(2+)/Cr^(3+)和Ni^(2+)/Fe^(2+)的选择性因子均>20,表明该印迹聚合物具有较强的选择识别性能。经循环使用6次后,吸附量无明显变化。 The ion-imprinted polymer Ni-IIP was prepared using Ni2+as template ion, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as ligand,α-methylacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent. The final products were characterized by various techniques including scanning electron microscopy(SEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms, and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR). The batch adsorption experiments revealed that the highest adsorption capacity was obtained by electrostatic interactions and coordination in the condition of 25 ℃ and pH 9. The adsorption behavior of Ni2+onto Ni-IIP was found to follow the pseudo-second kinetic model, and the adsorption rate was controlled by two step diffusion processes. The adsorption equilibrium could be best described by Langmuir isotherm model, with the characteristics of exothermic reactions. The selectivity coefficients of the Ni-IIP for Ni2+/Cu2+, Ni2+/Co2+, Ni2+/Cr3+, and Ni2+/Fe2+were more than 20, indicating the excellent specific recognition capacity. And the adsorption capacity did not significantly decrease after six adsorption-desorption cycle.
