美丽兜兰对光照强度的适应性

摘要 以广西大学培育的优质1年生美丽兜兰为试材,探讨不同光照强度(47. 3%透光率、15. 1%透光率、7. 3%透光率、100%透光率)对美丽兜兰生长指标、光合指标和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,美丽兜兰在47. 3%透光率条件下表现出最强的生长趋势,最大净光合速率达到6. 47μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)和过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)最高,分别达到184. 37μg·g^(-1)、287. 33 mmol·min^(-1)·g^(-1);随着光照强度的进一步降低(15. 1%透光率、7. 3%透光率),美丽兜兰的生长趋缓,生理生化指标逐渐降低,抑制了美丽兜兰的生长与功能结构的形成。说明适当的进行光照护理,可以提高美丽兜兰生长和发育,提升美丽兜兰的产量和质量。 The high-quality 1 a seeding of Paphiopedilum insigne cultivated by Guangxi University is used as a test material. The effects of different light intensity( 47. 3% transmittance,15. 1% transmittance,7. 3% transmittance,100% transmittance) on the growth index,photosynthetic index and physiological and biochemical indexes of Paphiopedilum insigne were studied. The results showed that Paphiopedilum insigne showed the strongest growth trend under the condition of 47. 3% transmittance,and the maximum net photosynthetic rate reached 6. 47 μmol·m-2·s-1,and the leaf superoxide dismutase activity( SOD) and the highest catalase activity( CAT) reached 184. 37 μg·g-1 and 287. 33 mmol·min-1·g-1,respectively; with the further reduction of different light intensities( 15. 1% transmittance,7. 3% transmittance),the growth of Paphiopedilum insigne was slowed down,and the physiological and biochemical indexes were gradually reduced,which inhibited the growth and functional structure of Paphiopedilum insigne. Explain that proper light care can improve the growth and development of Paphiopedilum insigne and enhance the yield and quality of Paphiopedilum insigne.
