摘要
目的月经周期失调是一种常见的妇科疾病,在女大学生中常可多发。月经失调对女大学生学习和生活都造成了一定负面影响。因此,正确认识导致月经失调的原因,并通过自身调节和干预来改变这种现状尤为重要。本研究调查芜湖市三所高校女大学生睡眠质量和月经周期是否规律情况,分析睡眠质量与月经周期的相关性。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和问卷对2017年芜湖市三所高校1 289名女大学生的睡眠质量及月经周期进行抽样调查。一般情况包括学校、专业、年级、年龄、身高和体质量;月经情况包括痛经状况和月经周期,生活习惯包括锻炼情况、节食行为、药物使用和病史。对调查数据进行分析。结果研究对象痛经百分比为65.3%(842/1 289),月经周期规律者占总人数的73.9%(953/1 289),不规律者占26.1%(336/1 289)。睡眠时间(P=0.043)和睡眠效率(P=0.030)与月经周期是否规律有关联,差异有统计学意义;入睡时间(P=0.009)、睡眠质量(P=0.025)、睡眠障碍(P=0.002)和日间功能障碍(P=0.001)与月经周期是否规律有关联,差异有统计学意义。结论三所高校女大学生的睡眠质量会影响到月经周期是否规律,两者之间存在关联,改善睡眠质量,规律月经周期,从而提高女大学生的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE Menstrual disorder is a common gynecological disease,which often can occur in female college students.It has a negative impact on the study and life of female college students.Therefore,it is particularly important to understand the causes of menstrual disorders and change the status quo through self-regulation and intervention.This paper aims to investigate the sleep quality and menstrual cycle regularity of female college students in three universities in Wuhu city,and to analyze the correlation between sleep quality and menstrual cycle.METHODS The sleep qualityand menstrual cycle of 1 289female college students in three universities in Wuhu city in 2017were sampled with Pittsburgh sleep quality index and questionnaire.General information included school,major,grade,age,height and weight.Menstrual condition included dysmenorrhea status and menstrual cycle.The lifestyle included exercise status,dieting behavior,drug use and medical history.The survey data were analyzed.RESULTS The percentage of patients with dysmenorrhea was 65.3% (842/1 289).The female students surveyed with regular menstrual cycles accounted for 73.9%(953/1 289),and those with irregular menstrual cycles accounted for 26.1%(336/1 289).Sleep duration(P=0.043)andsleep efficiency(P=0.030)were correlated with the regularity of menstrual cycle,and the difference was statistically significant.Sleep latency(P=0.009),sleep quality(P=0.025),sleep disorders(P=0.002)and daytime dysfunction(P=0.001) were correlated with the regularity of menstrual cycle,with statistically significant differences.CONCLUSIONS The results showed that the sleep quality of female college students in three universities affected theirregularity of menstrual cycle.There is a correlation between sleep quality and menstrual cycle in female college students.Improving sleep quality and making menstrual cycle regular can improve the quality of life of female college students.
