摘要
提出了一种三棱台式太阳跟踪光电传感器,并分析了其结构特点与工作原理;建立了传感器的三维模型、光敏电阻器的光照强度和聚焦光斑光强等数学模型;研究了光电传感器高度角和方位角的视场范围、聚焦光斑质心坐标及光强对传感器的影响。结果表明:传感器在高度角方向的视场范围为-90°^+90°,方位角方向的视场范围在-180°^+180°之间,能满足传感器视场范围广的要求;最佳入射偏角在-1°^+1°之间,此时所得聚焦光斑的光照强度值较大,对应光斑边界轮廓较完整、清晰,能有效提高传感器的跟踪精度。所作研究为太阳跟踪类光电传感器的开发和使用提供依据。
A triangular solar tracking photoelectric sensor is proposed and its structure characteristics and working principle are analyzed.The three-dimensional model,light intensity of photosensitive resistance and focus spot intensity of the sensor are established.The view field range of height angle and azimuth angle,coordinates of the focusing center spot and the influence of light intensity on the sensor are researched.The result shows that the range of the view field in height angle direction is within -90°^+90°,azimth angle range is within -180°~ +180°,which can satisfy requirement of the sensor view field.The best range of the incident angle is within -1°^+1°when the light intensity value of the focus light spot is big.The corresponding spot edge is more complete and clear,which could improve the sensor tracking precision.This research could provide basis for this kind of solar tracking sensor application and development.
