摘要
针对冰芯光学检测技术在冰芯处理分析中的应用,研究并改进了国外的相关检测技术,设计制作了冰芯光学特性二维重构仪。仪器基于机电一体式设计,并引入全景图像拼接技术,可实现自动光学扫描、冰芯全景图重建等功能。模块化设计和智能变频恒温控制等关键技术的引入,使得仪器可满足冰川或极地恶劣环境的现场工作要求。经测试,设计的仪器能稳定可靠地完成对冰芯的光学扫描、二维重构,完成全部工作只需2 min。重构的冰芯全景图尺寸大、分辨率高,满足科研需求。
Aiming at the application of ice core optical detection technology in ice core processing and analysis, the related foreign detection technologies are studied and improved,and the two-dimensional reconstruction instrument of ice core optical characteristics is designed and manufactured.The instrument is designed based on mechatronics,and panoramic image stitching technology is introduced,which can realize automatic optical scanning,ice core panoramic image reconstruction and other functions.With the introduction of key technologies such as modular design and intelligent frequency conversion constant temperature control,the instrument can meet the requirements of field work in glacial or polar harsh environment.After testing,the instrument can stably and reliably complete the optical scanning and two-dimensional reconstruction of ice core.It takes only 2min to complete the whole work.The reconstructed ice core panoramic image has the advantages of large size and high resolution,which meets the requirements of scientific research.
