摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在宫颈高频电波刀宫颈环切(LEEP)术后缩短创面愈合时间及降低患者创面感染的作用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2016年3月-2017年6月在江苏省无锡市妇幼保健院宫颈科行宫颈高频电波刀宫颈环切术的100例患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加延续性护理,术后定期创面清洁换药至术后6周,并采用多种方法循序增强健康知识宣教。比较两组患者术后的创面感染率和创面愈合时间。结果干预后,两组患者创面感染率、术后创面愈合时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施延续性护理干预可以降低宫颈LEEP术后患者创面感染率,缩短创面愈合时间,促进患者早日回归社会。
Objective To explore the effects of continuing nursing on shortening the time of wound healing and reducing the risk of wound infection following cervical loop eelectrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP).Methods A total of 100 patients receiving cervical LEEP in the Cervical Department of Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected by convenient sampling and divided into the control group (n=50)and the observation group (n=50)according to the time of admission.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,while patients in the observation group received continuing nursing on the basis of conventional nursing care as well as regular wound cleaning and dressing change for 6 weeks postoperatively. And multiple methods were used to enhance health education for them step by step.The rate of wound infection and the time of wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,there were statistical differences in the rate of wound infection and the time of wound healing between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusions Continuing nursing can reduce the rate of wound infection and shorten the time of wound healing following cervical LEEP,and enable the patients to return to society as soon as possible.
