摘要
本文综述了旅游标准化效益评价的国内外研究现状,发现旅游标准化效益评价以宏观经济数据为主,对旅游企业不能很好地体现旅游标准化效益。因此,本文以泰宁县旅游标准化试点企业为案例研究地,采取问卷访谈和文本分析的方法,得出基础标准普及了企业的标准意识和标准基础知识。管理标准使企业内部管理经验简化与统一,管理向系统化靠拢。服务标准促使服务品质的改进与优化,同时也是对劳动者素质的提高。岗位标准使企业岗位考核更加完善,对强化人员培训,优化人力资源管理发挥有效作用。
This paper reviews the domestic and international research of tourism standardization benefit evaluation, and finds that tourism standardization benefit evaluation is mainly based on macroeconomic data,which doesn't well reflect tourism standardization benefits for tourism enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes a case of tourist pilot enterprise in Taining,adopts questionnaire interview and text analysis method,and concludes that the fundamental standards popularize the enterprise's standard awareness and standard basic knowledge.The management standards simplify and unify the internal management experience of the enterprise,and achieves the systematic management. The service standards promote the improvement and optimization of service quality,and at the same time improve the quality of workers.The post standard makes the enterprise post assessment more perfect,and plays an effective role in strengthening personnel training and optimizing human resource management.
