摘要
目的探讨全身麻醉下输尿管软镜手术中阴茎勃起的处理方法。方法 2014年1月至2017年10月我院共收治11例全身麻醉下行输尿管软镜手术术中出现阴茎勃起者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。11例患者均根据阶梯顺序法分别予以局部冷敷、阴茎背神经阻滞、静脉泵注小剂量右美托咪啶3种方式处理阴茎勃起,直至阴茎恢复疲软。结果局部冷敷显效3例,阴茎背神经阻滞显效6例,静脉泵注小剂量右美托咪啶显效2例,11例患者均顺利完成输尿管软镜手术。结论依阶梯顺序法使用局部冷敷、阴茎背神经阻滞、静脉泵注小剂量右美托咪啶是处理全身麻醉下输尿管软镜手术中阴茎勃起的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of penile erection in ureteroscopy under general anesthesia. Methods From January 2014 to October 2017, 11 cases of penile erection occurred in ureteroscopy under general anesthesia. Our clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Eleven patients were treated with local cold compress, penile dorsal nerve block, and intravenous low-dose dexmedetomidine according to the ladder sequential method to treat penile erection until the penis recovered. Results Local cold compress was effective in 3 cases, penile dorsal nerve block was markedly effective in 6 cases, intravenous injection of low-dose dexmedetomidine was effective in 2 cases, and 11 patients successfully completed ureteroscopy. Conclusions The use of local cold compress, penile dorsal nerve block, and intravenous pumping of low-dose dexmedetomidine is an effective method for the treatment of penile erection in ureteral soft surgery under general anesthesia.
