矩形盾构机顶推液压系统的载荷柔度研究

摘要 顶推系统作为矩形盾构机的关键系统,承受的负载状况较为恶劣。通过对矩形盾构机顶推液压控制系统和控制策略设计与分析,并对该系统的载荷顺应性进行研究。采用AMESim建模,分析该系统的响应性和载荷顺应性,分析结果表明,顶推系统能够快速实现与负载压力的匹配,系统抗负载变化能力强,位置控制精度高。 The thrusting system is the key system of the rectangular TBM,and its loading situatiOn is considerably-severe.The paper analyzed the thrusting hydraulic control system of the rectangular TBM and its control strategy,and studied the load compliance of the system.Moreover,AMESim was applied to establish the model,and the response and the load compliance of the system were analyzed.The analysis results showed the thrusting system rapidly matched the load with strong load variation resistance ability and high location control precision.
