Application of reverse engineering to assembly and correction based on non-contact measurement

摘要 利用三维测量技术在工程上的应用,以激光扫描仪测量获取三维数据点集,并进行降噪处理,然后采用点云配准的方式模拟实物装配,给出点云干涉校验判断准则,建立了一套完整的虚拟装配及修正方案。最后,以破碎设备横梁与壁衬板试装为例,验证了该方案修配简便易行,缩短了重型设备的试车装配周期。 3D measurement technology was applied to engineering,the laser scanner was used to obtain 3D data,and then denoising was conducted.After that,the point cloud registration was applied to simulate real assembly,the judgment criterion for point cloud interference checking was offered,and a set of virtual assembly and correction scheme was established.Finally,the assembly of the beam and its liner of the crusher was taken as the example,and it was showed the scheme was simple and feasible.Thus,the assembly cycle of the heavy equipment was shortened.
