长管拖车气瓶支撑结构强度分析及试验研究

Structural strength analysis and experimental research on long tube trailer cylinders support structure

摘要 以某长管拖车气瓶支撑结构为研究对象,对其承受不同方向惯性力的情况进行了数值模拟,并结合标准进行了应力分类和安全评定。结果表明,支撑结构在承受不同惯性力的情况下均满足强度要求。同时,搭建了模型静力应变的测试装置,获得了模拟部件的试验结果,与有限元分析结果对比,可以得出有限元模拟结果与实验数值较为接近,有限元模拟方法比较合理,能满足工程分析的需要,提高分析效率。 Long tube trailer is one of the most important means for transporting CNG(Compressed Natural Gas). The rational design of cylinder support structure plays an essential role in the safe operation for long tube trailer. The support structure of a long tube trailer is regarded as the research project and numerical simulation is carried out under inertial forces in different directions. Stress classification and safety assessment are made based on JB4732-1995(Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis). Results obtained indicate that the designed support structure can meet the requirements of strength under different inertial forces. The test device is built to test the static strain of the model and experimental results are obtained. The accuracy of numerical simulation method is demonstrated by a comparison of experimental and the numerical simulation results.
