住院医师规范化培训中激励措施实施探讨 被引量:7

摘要 住院医师规范化培训过程中,需要提高培训提供者、实施者和培训对象的积极性和内在动力,也就是需要一定的激励措施,使得住院医师规范化培训成为培训基地、指导医师和住院医师的内在驱动和自愿自觉行为。2014年国家建立住院医师规范化培训制度,提出强化全过程监管与培训效果激励。本文介绍了激励的概念、类型和层次;重点阐述了住院医师培训过程中对住院医师、指导教师和专业基地的激励。培训基地通过建立完善的质量监控体系,采用360°多元回馈、督查、考核等多种方法,定期对住院医师、指导教师、培训专科进行综合评价,将质量监控成绩、评优结果与奖惩分明的激励措施相挂钩,并形成长效机制,推进培训质量持续提高。 During the standardized residency program,it is necessary to improve the enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation of the training providers,organizers and residents,that is,the need for certain incentives,to encourage all participants to become driven and committed.It has been emphasized to strengthen the supervision and incentives throughout the program since the standardized training was established.This article described the concept of incentives,the type and strength of it as well.We highlighted the incentives for residents,instructors,and training bases during the residency training.With a sound quality control system,the training base adopts multiple feedback,supervision,assessment and other methods to comprehensively evaluate residents,instructors and departments on a regular basis.We believe a continuously improved residency program will be seen with quality control feedback,comprehensive evaluations,effective rewards and distinct incentive methods.
