摘要
对中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司30 dam^3/h制氢装置程控阀出现的填料泄漏、阀门内漏、阀板锥销断裂、粉尘沉积、油缸密封损坏等故障进行了分析,并与40 dam^3/h制氢装置程控阀运行状况进行对比。30dam^3/h制氢装置83台程控阀发生各类故障共43次,故障率为51. 8%; 40 dam^3/h制氢装置83台程控阀发生各类故障共17次,故障率为20. 5%。结合两套制氢装置PSA系统设计方面的差异,提出了填料定期紧固、密封圈定期更换、阀板锥销由单锥销改为双锥销、增加吸附塔保温、更换吸附剂、增加动力油伴热和保温、增加吸附塔入口分液罐的解决方法,取得了良好效果。
The faults such as packing leakages,valve internal leakages,cone pin fracture of valve disc,powder deposition and seal damage of hydro-cylinder,etc in the program control valve of a 30 dam^3/h hydrogen generation plant are analyzed and compared with the operation conditions of program control valve of a40 dam^3/h hydrogen manufacturing plant. 43 failures have occurred in 83 program control valves of the 30 dam^3/h hydrogen generation plant,and the failure rate is 51. 8%. Whereas,there are 17 failures in 83 program control valves of 40 dam^3/h hydrogen generation plant,and the failure rate is 20. 5%. In consideration of the design difference between the two PSA systems,it is recommended to take the following measures,such as periodically tightening the packing,periodically changing the sealing ring,changing the valve plate from single cone pin to double cone pin,increasing heat insulation of adsorption tower,replacing adsorbent,increasing power oil heat tracing and insulation,and installing the inlet knock-out drum for the adsorption tower,etc. Good results have been achieved.
