非石灰性土壤中氮肥对菊花生理及主要活性成分的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer on the Physiology and Main Active Components of Chrysanthemum in Non-calcareous Soil

摘要 采用盆栽试验,以3种类型菊花为供试材料,用硝态氮(NO^-3-N)和铵态氮(NH^+4-N)为供试氮肥,分别设定5个氮素水平,5种氮素组合形式设计实验,研究氮素不同组合形式对菊花生理和品质的影响。结果表明,氮素形态对菊花生理和品质的影响存在较大差异。金丝皇菊和野菊其绿原酸和黄酮含量经过不同形态氮素组合处理后均显著性高于对照,而观赏性菊花神马菊花黄酮和绿原酸含量与对照相比差异不显著。铵态氮对菊花黄酮含量以及绿原酸含量的影响要大于硝态氮,而硝态氮对菊花木犀草苷含量的影响要大于铵态氮。 In the pot experiment, 3 types of chrysanthemum were used as test materials as well as ammonium nitrogen (NH^+4-N) and nitrate nitrogen (NO^-3-N) were used as test nitrogen fertilizers. Five nitrogen levels were set up and five nitrogen combinations were designed to study the effect of different nitrogen combinations on the physiology and quality of chrysanthemum. The results showed that there were significant differences in the effect of nitrogen form on the physiology and quality of chrysanthemum. The chlorogenic acid and flavone contents in gold emperor chrysanthemum and chrysanthemum indicum after dealing with the different forms of nitrogen combination were significantly higher than that in control. While that in Shenma chrysanthemum which was an ornamental chrysanthemum had no significant difference compared with the controls. The effect of ammonium nitrogen on the content of chrysanthemum flavone and chlorogenic acid was greater than that by nitrate nitrogen, and nitrate nitrogen had a greater influence on the galuteolin content in chrysanthemum, compared with ammonium nitrogen.
