摘要
目的:探讨使用臭氧联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果。方法:选取绵阳市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇产科收治的120例阴道炎患者作为研究对象。将这120例患者平均分为单用组和联合组。为两组患者使用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊进行治疗。在此基础上,为联合组患者加用臭氧进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的效果及临床症状的评分。结果:接受治疗后,与单用组患者相比,联合组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其临床症状的评分较低(P <0.05)。结论:用臭氧联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果显著。
objective: to investigate the efficacy of ozone combined with nifurotetracycline vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods: a total of 120 cases of vaginitis patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of mianyang maternal and child health and family planning service center were selected as the study subjects. The 120 patients were divided into the single-use group and the combined group on average. Two groups of patients were treated with nifurotel preparation of mycin vaginal soft capsule. On this basis, patients in the combined group were treated with ozone. Then, the efficacy and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, compared with the single group, the combined group had a higher total effective rate and a lower score of clinical symptoms (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of ozone combined with nifuratel to make mycin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vaginitis is significant.
