摘要
目的:探讨对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行综合护理的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月至12月期间常州市武进人民医院妇产科收治的160例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将这160例患者分为常规组和干预组。在两组患者住院期间,均对其进行常规护理。在此基础上,对干预组患者进行综合护理。然后,比较两组患者对妊娠期糖尿病知识的掌握率、对产前检查的执行率、对饮食和运动护理的依从率及母婴并发症的发生率。结果:治护后,与常规组患者相比,干预组患者对妊娠期糖尿病知识的掌握率、对产前检查的执行率、对饮食和运动护理的依从率均更高,其母婴并发症的发生率更低(P <0.05)。结论:对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行综合护理的临床效果较好,可有效地降低其母婴并发症的发生率。
objective: to explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: 160 gestational diabetes patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of changzhou wujin people’s hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The 160 patients were divided into the routine group and the intervention group. Routine care was given to both groups of patients during their hospitalization. On this basis, the intervention group of patients for comprehensive nursing. Then, the knowledge of gestational diabetes, the implementation rate of prenatal examination, the compliance rate of diet and sports nursing and the incidence of maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment and nursing, compared with patients in the conventional group, patients in the intervention group had higher knowledge of gestational diabetes, higher implementation rate of prenatal examination, higher compliance rate of diet and sports nursing, and lower incidence of maternal and infant complications (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for gestational diabetes mellitus patients is better, and the incidence of maternal and infant complications can be effectively reduced.
