摘要
早在先秦两汉时期就有了对心悸的记载,并且对心悸的认识已经形成雏形,为后世医家更深入认识此病打下坚实的基础。对先秦两汉时期的重要中医文献《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《华氏中藏经》进行梳理,归纳出先秦两汉时期对心悸病因病机的认识,认为通常与情志所伤、火热内扰、脏腑虚衰、外邪侵袭、他病误治相关,基本病机是气血阴阳亏虚,心失所养,或邪扰心神,心神不宁。
Palpitation was recorded as early as the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties. And it has already formed a prototype, laying a solid foundation for future generations of doctors to study furthermore. We combed the important traditional Chinese medicine literatures of the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties, such as Huangdi Neijing , Shanghan Lun , Jingui Yaolüe and Huashi Zhongcang Jing , and summarized the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of palpitation. Usually it is related to emotional damage, internal disturbance of fire and heat, deficiency of viscera, invasion of external pathogens, and mistreatment of other diseases. The basic pathogenesis is deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of yin and yang, mental distress, or evil disturbance of heart spirit, and inquietude of heart spirit.
