间断蓝光照射联合茵栀黄口服液治疗早产儿黄疸的效果观察 被引量:1

Effect of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment on jaundice in premature infants

摘要 目的观察间断蓝光照射联合茵栀黄口服液治疗早产儿黄疸的效果。方法将早产儿黄疸患儿120例随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,研究组采用间断蓝光照射联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,对照组采用间断蓝光照射治疗,比较2组治疗前后血清胆红素水平、临床疗效、蓝色照射时间及住院时间。结果治疗前2组血清胆红素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后2组血清胆红素水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组总有效率为95. 00%高于对照组的81. 67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5. 175,P <0. 05)。研究组间断蓝光照射时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论间断蓝光照射联合茵栀黄口服液治疗早产儿黄疸可提升临床效果,降低血清胆红素水平,缩短蓝光照射时间与住院时间。 Objective To observe the effect of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of jaundice in premature infants. Methods 120 premature infants with jaundice were randomly divided in- to study group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases),the study group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid,and the control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,serum bilirubin levels,clinical efficacy,blue irradiation time and hospital stay were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in serum bilirubin levels between the two groups before treatment (P >0. 05);After treatment,the serum bilirubin levels in the two groups were lower,and the serum bilirubin levels of the study group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant (P <0. 05). The total effective rate of the study group(95. 00%)was higher than that of the control group(81. 67%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ ^2 =5. 175,P <0. 05). The intermittent blue light irradiation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid type can improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of jaundice in premature infants,reduce the level of serum bilirubin,shorten the time of blue light irradiation and the length of stay.
