±500 kV高压换流站直流侧避雷器在线监测装置的研制 被引量:8

摘要 针对±500 kV高压换流站中的直流侧金属氧化物避雷器(DC metal oxide arrester,DC MOA)设计一种在线监测系统,对DC MOA的泄漏电流和雷击动作次数等参数进行实时采集,并运用现代数字信号处理算法对监测数据进行初步分析和诊断。系统采用标准Modbus将监测分析数据上传至在线监测智能电子设备(intelligent electronic devices,IED),同时具有监测阈值设置及智能告警功能。依据实时监测数据能够有效避免因泄漏电流过大而导致的避雷器爆炸等事故的发生。在廊坊东芝公司的罐式直流避雷器监测项目中的实际运行经验表明,文中设计的在线监测仪能够实现预期目标。 A kind of on-line monitor system for DC side metal oxide arrester( MOA) in ± 500 kV UHV converter station is designed to collect the parameters of leakage current,lightning strikes,etc.,and The modern digital signal processing algorithm is used to conduct preliminary analysis and diagnosis of the monitoring data. The system can transfer the monitor analysis data into the intelligent electronic devices( IED) using the standard Modbus transfer protocol. It also has monitoring threshold setting and intelligent alarm function. According to the real-time monitoring data,the arrestor explosion accidents caused by the larger leakage current can be effectively avoided. The actual operation experience in the LANGFANG-Toshiba tank DC MOA monitoring project shows that the design of the monitor can achieve the anticipated goal.
