分散体系对悬浮法聚氯乙烯树脂性能的影响

摘要 在氯乙烯悬浮聚合过程中加入一定量的聚丙烯酸,对所得PVC树脂进行常规性能、流变性能和增塑剂吸收速率的试验分析,发现与未添加聚丙烯制得的PVC相比,该PVC树脂的平均粒径变大,增塑剂吸收量增加,流变性能略有降低,增塑剂吸收速率明显加快。 A certain amount of polyacrylic acid was added to the system of vinyl chloride suspension polymerization.The regular performances,theological properties and plasticizer absorption rate of the PVC resins produced by the above mentioned method were tested and analyzed.It was found that compared with the PVC which was prepared in the absence of the polyacrylic acid,the PVC had increases in average particle size and plasticizer absorption amount,an slight decrease in theological properties,and an obviously increased in plasticizer absorption rate.
