摘要
作为深入贯彻新型城镇化的建设目标,特色小镇已被广泛认可。运用空间分析、因子分析和波特钻石模型对我部住建部公布的403个国家级特色小镇的空间格局和竞争优势进行了研究,并结合乡村振兴战略提出相关发展建议。结果表明:国家级特色小镇分布不均,中、东部密集,西部稀疏。根据因子分析将特色小镇按照综合得分进行分类,发现得分高的小镇大都位于沿海地区;因素条件、发展战略与竞争状况、需求条件、相关及支持产业、政府和机会在特色小镇的发展竞争中起着重要的作用。目前,我国的特色小镇发展还不成熟,要尽可能规避存在的问题,把握机遇,努力缩小城乡差距,争取早日实现全面建成小康社会的目标。
To the goal of carrying out the new urbanization,the special small-town was widely recognized.Using spatial analysis,factor analysis and Porter Diamond Model to study spatial pattern and competitive advantages of 403 national special small-towns,which announced by the Ministry of Housing and Construction could help us to provide some development suggestions with using the strategy of rural revitalization.The results showed that the distribution of national special small-town was uneven,compact in middle and east areas,but sparse in west areas.According to the factor analysis,the national special small-town was classified based on the comprehensive scores analysis.It was found that most of the towns that had high scores were located at coastal areas.Factor conditions,development strategies and competition conditions,demand conditions,relevant and supporting industries,government and opportunities played important roles in the competition for special small-town's development.At present,the development of national special small-town was not yet mature,the existing problems were should he avoided as far as possible,national special small-town should take the opportunity,try to narrow the gaps between urban and rural areas,and strive for the early realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.
