摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在延长小儿留置针留置时间的应用效果。方法通过成立品管圈活动小组,利用品管工具及品管手法,找出影响留置针留置时间的主要原因,制订对策并实施,进行效果确认。结果开展品管圈后本科患儿留置针留置时间由57.6h延长至75.6 h;圈员的责任心、自信心、解决问题、分析问题的能力有所提高。结论通过开展品管圈活动,使本科患儿留置针留置时间有所延长,减轻了患儿的痛苦,减少了护士工作量,促进了护患关系,提升了护理品质。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in prolonging the service time of children’s indwelling needle.Methods Through establishing the quality control circle group,the quality control tools and quality control techniques were used to find out the main reasons which affect the service time of the indwelling needle,and to formulate countermeasures and implement them to confirm the effect. Results After the quality control circle,the service time of the indwelling needle was extended from 57.6 h to 75.6 h. The sense of responsibility,self-confidence,ability to solve problems and analyze problems had been improved. Conclusion After the quality control circle,the service time of children’s indwelling needle was prolonged,relieved the pain of the patients,reduced the workload of nurses,improved the nurse-patient relationship,improved the quality of nursing.
