气动喷丸除漆技术试验及工艺优化 被引量:2

Decoating Technology Test and Process Optimization of Pneumatic Peening

摘要 选用玻璃珠对旧漆钢板进行喷丸清理试验。通过比较喷射压力、喷射距离、喷射时间和喷射角度对试样表面清洁度和粗糙度的影响,获得最佳的工艺参数。对不同磨料的清理效果进行了对比。结果表明:喷射压力0.6 MPa、喷射距离100 mm、喷射时间10 s、喷射角度75°~85°时,样件表面清洁度和粗糙度Ra分别在Sa2.5和6μm以上,且表面无损伤,满足清理涂装要求,陶瓷丸的清理效果优于玻璃珠、白刚玉的。 The sprayed plate was subjected to shot peening test with glass beads.The optimum process parameters were obtained by comparing the effects of spraying pressure,spraying distance,spraying time and spraying angle on the surface cleanliness and roughness of the sample.The cleaning effect of different abrasives was compared.The resuts show that that when the spraying pressure is 0.6MPa,the spraying distance is 100mm,the spraying time is 10s and the spraying angle is 75°-85°,the cleanliness and roughness Ra of the sample surface is above Sa2.5and 6μm,respectively and the surface has no damage,which can meet the requirements of cleaning coating.The cleaning efficiency of ceramic balls is better than that of glass beads and white corundum.
