摘要
孔子学院是中国教育服务出口的商业存在模式,为了响应孔子学院转型发展的需求,许多特色孔子学院兴建起来,但总体上仍处于起步阶段。文章选取2006—2016年的特色孔子学院数据,采用负二项式模型实证分析推动特色孔子学院设立的影响因素。研究结果表明,对外直接投资、孔子学院存量、文化距离等因素显著促进了海外特色孔子学院的设立。最后,结合研究结论,为更好地推动特色孔子学院设立和中国教育服务出口提出相应的政策和建议。
Confucius Institute is a model of commercial existence for the export of China's education services.In response to the demand for the transformation and development of Confucius Institutes, many special Confucius Institutes have been set up,but they are still in the early stage.Based on special Confucius Institute's data from 2006 to 2016,this paper uses the negative binomial model to empirically analyze the specific factors that affect the establishment of Special Confucius Institutes.The study indicates that the establishment of special Confucius Institutes has been significantly promoted by such factors as outward FDI,the stock of Confucius Institutes and cultural distance.Finally,combined with the empirical conclusions,the corresponding suggestions are put forward to better promote the development of special Confucius Institutes and China's trade in education services.
