摘要
目的:通过临床研究为制定更合适的儿童及青少年急诊处理方法和干预措施提供科学依据。方法:选取中山市博爱医院2016年1月至2016年12月期间收治的494例动物致伤的18岁以下儿童及青少年,根据诊疗规范对其进行治疗及随访调查,通过统计分析儿童动物致伤的特点,对其流行病学特征和诊疗特点,病情发展和转归进行分析。结果:本研究中儿童动物致伤主要为男童、低龄儿童为主,夏季为致伤高发季节,致伤部位多集中于四肢,其中以犬、猫的抓咬伤带来的伤害发病率最高,家中喂养宠物猫狗的儿童是动物致伤的高危群体,如果发生动物致伤,第一时间送往医院接受规范化处理及治疗可避免病情恶化。结论:儿童是动物致伤急诊治疗重点对象。加强健康教育,提高儿童自我防护意识及规范化的急诊治疗对预防动物伤害的发生具有重要意义。
Objective To provide scientific basis for formulating more appropriate emergency treatment methods and interventions for children through clinical research. Methods 494 children and adolescents under 18 years old who were injured by animals in Zhongshan Boai hospital from Junuary to December 2016 were selected for treatment and follow-up investigation according to the diagnostic and therapeutic criteria. The epidemiological characteristics, diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics, disease development and prognosis of the injured children were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results In this study, the main animal injuries in children were boys and younger children. Summer was the season of high incidence of injuries. Most of the injuries occurred in the extremities. The incidence of scratches and bites by dogs and cats was the highest. Children who fed pet cats and dogs at home were the high risk group of animal injuries. First time to the hospital to accept standardized treatment and treatment can avoid the deterioration of the disease Conclusion Children are the focus of emergency treatment for animal injuries. Strengthening health education, raising children's awareness of self-protection and standardized emergency treatment are of great significance in preventing the occurrence of animal injury.
