摘要 针对矿山垂直救援3个主要阶段中存在的问题和技术难点,利用多媒体通信技术、气动潜孔钻进技术、仿真模拟技术、理论研究和现场实验等技术方法,研发了一整套快速高效、功能全面、安全可靠的垂直救援技术装备。应用结果表明,生命信息探测设备可以实现音视频的同步传输,满足对井下情况实时探测的要求;集束式气动潜孔锤的结构优化提高了钻孔速率,通过分析气体压力与破岩效率的非线性关系,得到气体压力在0.9~1.1 MPa钻进效率最佳;救援提升设备的气体监测和保障逃生,加强了对被提升人员的监控和保护。 Aiming at the problems and technical difficulties in the three main stages of mine vertical rescue by using multi-media communications technology, pneumatic DTH drilling technology, simulation technology, theoretical research and field experiments and other technical methods, we developed a set of fast and efficient, full-featured, safe and reliable vertical rescue technology and equipment. The application results showed that the life information detection equipment can realize the synchronous transmission of audio and video, and it can meet the requirements of real-time detection of underground conditions, the structural optimization of the cluster pneumatic down-the-hole hammer increased the drilling rate. By analyzing the nonlinear relationship between gas pressure and rock breaking efficiency, we can see the optimum drilling efficiency of the gas pressure is 0.9 to 1.1 MPa, the gas monitoring and escape protection of the rescue lifting equipment strengthened the monitoring and protection of the personnel being promoted.
